Staff was professional and food was brilliant. Immaculately clean room, which was also spotless. Unique interior design. Spotless hotel, great service. Cool drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise.

Suitable place for exploring Ambleside. It was centrally located. Greatly enjoyed that we had a TV set, a clothes-hanging unit and a radio in the single room.

Incredible base for travelling to Ambleside and exploring local places. Double room overlooks the mountain and includes an electric kettle and glassware. Hotel had a very central location.

Breakfast was satisfying and well presented. Really next to armitt museum. The hotel was centrally located, within easy ride from Carlisle Lake District airport. The position of the property was perfect.
